Refund and Returns Policy

At GetSmoke, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This includes:

  • Unopened products
  • Products with all original accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • No signs of wear or use

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Vapes, opened or used
  • Used Disposable vape products

To complete your return, we require a proof of non-working/unopened product and proof of purchase.

Upon refund for the unopened products you will be sent a Return Label

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Certain products are out of stock
  • Difference in price between sapped vapes/products
  • Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@getsmoke.com. Please provide your order number and reason for refund.
  2. Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  1. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that:
    • Not working
    • Has defects
    • Swap between products and difference in price is refunded
    • Product out of stock
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item free of charge. To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GetSmoke offers optional SHIPPO Shipping Protection to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you opted for SHIPPO Protection and have an issue with your order, please file a claim directly by contacting us.
